Get in touch
A real person reads every message. Here's how to reach us, and what you can expect from us.
Write to us
The simplest, most direct way to reach us is by email.
contact@justicesansfrontieres.ca
We reply in French or English, whichever you prefer. Please do not include confidential documents from your legal file in a first email.
What to write to us about
These are the requests we handle best by email:
- A general question about access to justice or about our resources.
- A suggestion for a resource, an organization or a topic to cover.
- A wish to contribute: volunteering, pro bono, partnership or a gift.
- A request about your personal information (access, correction, deletion).
- A media question or an interview request.

If you found a bug, a page isn't working, or you want to report a specific issue on the site, our support form routes your request straight to the right team — it's faster than email.

We're a small, mission-led team. We read every message and do our best to reply quickly, but we are not an emergency service.
If your situation is urgent — for example an arrest, an imminent deadline or a danger — contact a legal-aid service, a lawyer or the appropriate authorities right away. Our “Find help” page can point you to the right resource.
Your contact details stay in our secure systems and are never published. We use them only to answer your request.
